Document Submission: Submit application form with required documents
Eligibility Check: Verification of application and documents
Land Evaluation: Physical verification of land for suitability
Application Review: Assessment of financial capability & land
Issuance of LOI: Letter of Intent issued to selected applicant

What is the mode of submission of the application form and documents?

The application form, along with the required documents, should be submitted online only through this portal

What is the application fee? Is it refundable?

The application fee is Rs. 10,000/- and should be paid online at the time of submission through the portal. The fee paid is non-refundable

Can the applicant apply for more than one location?

Yes, the applicant can apply for more than one location. However, after submitting the application for one location, a new application has to be submitted for each additional location

When is the Initial Security Deposit (ISD) payable?

The ISD (10% of the Security Deposit) is payable only after provisional selection and upon being found eligible after Field Verification of Credentials (FVC)

Can the submitted application be edited or withdrawn?

Once submitted and payment is made for a location, the application cannot be edited. However, it can be cancelled on or before the last date of the advertisement. The application fee paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation

What is the application fee payable by partnership applicants?

The application fee of Rs. 10,000/- is payable irrespective of number of partners
